Whether your classic Chevrolet B-body is a restoration project, street car or drag car the UMI control arms will be an excellent upgrade. These new manufactured boxed control arms are a direct bolt in designed to replace the factory stamped control arms. Over time factory control arms rust which can weaken them while the factory bushings dry rot, harden and crack decreasing the ride quality and vehicle performance. This new control arm setup from UMI is assembled with high quality greaseable polyurethane bushings which improve ride quality and overall vehicle performance. Polyurethane bushings reduce bushing deflection found with factory rubber bushings, polyurethane bushings can help to reduce body roll and increase traction. The construction of the control arms features 1/8" wall thickness USA rectangular tubing with DOM bushing holders and reinforced sway bar holes. UMI’s new boxed control arms feature spring perches and clips to except the factory spring or lowering springs. Designed and manufactured with pride in Philipsburg, PA - USA.
