The 2011+ Ford 6.7L Super Duty is a workhorse of a truck and the go-to pickup for many of the hardest working people on Earth. The 6.7L Powerstroke that propels the 2011+ F-250 and F-350 is robust and reliable, but it's not without its weaknesses. Like any large-displacement turbodiesel, the 6.7L generates an immense amount of heat and strain on the charge air cooling system. Luckily, the engineers at Ford fitted the Super Duty with a robust secondary cooling system that's dedicated to keeping fuel and air temps in check. While the secondary radiator and air-to-water intercooler are cut from the same cloth as the heavy-duty 6.7L, the degas tank that supplies them both with coolant is not quite as durable.Anybody who has worked on an aging cooling system knows that anything plastic tends to crack and shatter with time. The 6.7L Powerstroke's secondary cooling system degas tank is no exception, which is why Mishimoto has designed an all-aluminum replacement.Our secondary degas tank for the 2011+ Ford 6.7L Powerstroke ditches the plastic construction in favor of aircraft-grade aluminum that's as durable and hard-wearing as the rest of your Super Duty. Like the stock tank, our degas tank includes internal baffles to keep the coolant around the outlet and prevent aeration, no matter how rough the road gets. The Mishimoto secondary degas tank also features a 15.65-percent greater coolant capacity than the stock tank to add even more cooling potential to your 6.7L's secondary cooling system. The side of this degas tank also features a sight glass to make checking the coolant level a one-step operation.This all-aluminum secondary degas tank for the 2011+ Ford 6.7L Powerstroke is available in a natural aluminum finish or micro-wrinkle black powder coat and is built to last. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
