An aluminum heat shield panel on the side of the housing deflects hot air emitted from the turbocharger, ensuring the system’s two air inlets bring in the coolest air possible. In addition to the massive auxiliary air inlet, this intake utilizes the vehicle’s OE air inlet with no additional hardware. Stainless-steel clamps and a silicone coupler are included for strength and durability.
