Description

This ALL BALLS Shock Bearing Kit is designed specifically for select Honda TRX500 models including Rubicon and Foreman variants from 2007 to 2014. The kit includes a direct OEM replacement bearing assembly with all necessary components for easy installation and reliable performance. Manufactured to meet OEM specifications, these shock bearing assemblies are sold individually for upper or lower mounting positions, providing flexibility for maintenance and repairs. The kit features upgraded plastic molded bushings made from machined Delrin, which offer superior durability and resistance to water and dirt contamination. Additionally, the mild steel pins have been upgraded to case hardened and precision ground SCM415/42 bearing steel, ensuring longevity and smooth operation under demanding conditions. Many OEM manufacturers do not sell shock components separately from the shock absorber itself, but this kit allows for targeted repairs, saving time and expense. Where applicable, an o-ring has been added to the inner diameter of the Delrin bushings to enhance sealing and prevent dirt ingress, further extending component life.
